How far do you travel to build a new home?We typically cover about a 20 mile radius from our location here , which covers most central in Houston.

How much does it cost per square foot to build?Consult us to get an accurate estimate tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Do you have employees doing the work or do you bid everything out?We have a team of 6 full time employees whose main focus is to plan, strategize and supervise all projects/ job sites. We use experienced subcontractors for all the work on-side.

Do I need to go through one of your approved banks or can I use my own?We will work with any lender or bank that will issue a commitment letter. This letter commits to lend a specified amount upon the completion of the home. We do urge you to talk with or visit one or a few of our approved lenders, simply because they know our process well and will save you some time in the pre-construction phase of your home buyers interested in purchasing an Europa Home are welcome to use any lender of their choice. We do urge all buyers to speak with one of our approved lenders.

Can I do some of the work myself?Buyers are not allowed to conduct any work /modification to the property themselves during construction.

How long does it take to build a standard home?Affordable Houses when foundation starts is 12 weeks, custom homes 1 year
